We love it here!

My husband and I have had a great experience at lake pointe! The staff has always been super kind and helpful, and the maintenance has always been super attentive! We have been very blessed during our time here. Even the other residents have been super kind, and we have made friends with many of our neighbors! We love our unit as well, we don’t have a fully upgraded one, but it still feels very nice and well kept up with! We love the amenities, the pool is absolutely amazing! Finally, the lake... view is stunning! We can’t see it from our apartment, but it’s so beautiful while walking our dog! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Do not rent!!

The apts are old and just covered up with cover ups, mold in units, does not fix ac after dark even in summer heat, and when you move out will add additional charges that don’t make sense.

I know that when I spoke with your husband we did try to go over the information with him but it seems as if there was a misunderstanding on how the allocation works with... our water billing as this is back dated. You are more than welcome to give the office a call so that I can give you more detailed information to your final account statement.

Horrible Management

The complex is a nightmare. The buildings are old and falling apart, and the management is uninterested in addressing residents' concerns.

Awesomeness

The apartment complex is very clean and well kept by grounds keepers. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Maintenance is very reliable and ready to assist in anything that comes up. The text messages from apartment staff about events are a real plus. Analyse is my go to person should anything need to be answered or should I need to put in for a maintenance call, she is very courteous and helpful.
