Awesome and clean apartments with great accommodations. The workout room is nice, the pool is clean, and the golf simulator is fun! This is a great spot to live!

Clean, comfortable and quick maintenance services if and when needed. Hallways are kept clean and air condition for hot days. Staff is friendly and packages are delivered directly into your home if you choose.

We are enjoying a renewed lease and still finding our place a great experience. Looking forward to the framing to be done on the new phases for sure. Loving the quiet effect of having the air conditioning units on top of the building as compared to previous homes. The parking situation is much better recently now that there are no unused cars parked on the street. We especially like the walk-out feature of our porch on the street side. All of the maintenance, mailroom, and cleaning/trash... collection people are very appreciated for their thoroughness, cheerfulness and prompt attention. It is nice to have the pool areas well kept too! Location for us is excellent.

I’ve had an exceeded-expectations experience living at The Links on PGA Apartments. From the quality of my apartment to the fast turnaround on maintenance requests, everything has been handled professionally and efficiently. The office staff is wonderful and truly helps make everyday life here enjoyable.

I also really appreciate the extra touches, like package handling and the overall level of service the community provides. The property is always kept up nicely, and it’s a peaceful place to... live. Even though it’s not a gated community, the area feels very safe and well maintained. The residents are respectful, it’s never overly loud, and I honestly can’t remember ever seeing ongoing issues or constant police activity.

Rent may be on the higher end, but in my opinion the quality of living absolutely matches the price. All of the additional amenities and services that come with what I pay add a lot of value and genuinely make my life easier. Overall, it’s been a really great experience, and I would definitely recommend The Links on PGA to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and well-managed place to live.
