Have totally loved living at The Links! Beautiful apartments, the outside areas are beautifully landscaped and all of The Links staff are excellent to interact with! Plus, it's like living in the country...but you are so close to all of the shopping and restaurants you could ever want! And just wait until Fields West is opened...the high end restaurants and shopping will be unbelievable!

Currently we pay a monthly amenity fee and this is the state of what seems to be the most used amenities:

Golf simulator -touch screen is not calibrated correctly
The carpet in the simulator itself on the walls and floor are coming up from the ground and the turf has begun to get divots in it all of which causes issues during game play
The impact screen is ripping at the bottom and no maintenance has been done causing balls to be lost/trapped

Pool table - the balls have chips in most of them... likely because all of the pockets have holes ripped in them that allows the balls to fall directly on to the ground

Grills by the pool - attempted to use the propane grills by the pool a few days ago and none of them turned on
Over all the staff has been amazing. Inside halls and public areas are kept spotless the majority of the time. No issues with neighbors as most people seem to mind their own. The apartment is also in a great location.

The apartment itself and the amenities are great. But we are living right across from all the construction and the noise is annoying especially before 7am on a weekend!
