If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars, I would.
I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX.

My family's experience has been extremely disappointing.

Our A/C has not worked properly for about a month, and despite multiple maintenance visits, management continues to say their maintenance team is certified and that the issue has been fixed. However, the temperature inside our apartment still reaches 80°F, making it uncomfortable and unsafe, especially with two young children... living here.

The only solution they provided was a small window A/C unit, which only cools the master bedroom. As a result, my children and I have basically been forced to live in one room while paying full rent for the entire apartment.

Management also offered to move us to another unit, but after making that offer, they never contacted me again to schedule or confirm anything. Communication has been very poor. Every time I call the office, I'm told someone will call me back, but that rarely happens.

This experience has been stressful and frustrating. I expected a safe and livable home, but instead I've had to deal with weeks of excessive heat, poor communication, and unresolved maintenance issues. As the previous reviewer stated, AVOID THESE APARTMENTS AND THE LEASING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! I moved to these apartments from out of state during the winter. Unbeknownst to me, there was a RECURRING WASP PROBLEM in my assigned apartment. Within TWO WEEKS of move-in, I notified the leasing office of this issue. They responded by sending maintenance to “rectify” the issue, but to no avail. They even sent out a professional animal/insect removal expert, but I wasn’t allowed to view the... findings/report. The expert did mention that if there is an opening that half a lengthwise pencil can fit into, a wasp can fit i to it. Corporate said I was able to terminate my lease, but would have to pay $3300 to do so, which is what I did, because the wasp problem never went away.

Again, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID these apartments at ALL costs, and if you do move here, consider yourself warned. They DO NOT care about tenants or their well-being; only your money. Much nicer places in Alvin, Webster, Bay Town, or League City.

PS: Management - Save the canned responses of fake concern, as it is little more than gilded rhetoric and damage control. How I was treated during my unfortunate stay speaks volumes. Read More

Untruthful management. Make sure you document every little thing during you stay here, especially moving in and moving out. TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING. They will try to get any sort of extra money out of you when moving out and lie about the conditions of the apartment.

The staff is very professional. They always greet you with a smile. The ladies at the office are very helpful and go above and beyond to help their residents. I have never had any major issues. They always take care of my maintenance requests in a timely manner. They are also very pet friendly. I love taking my dog out for walks around the lake! I like that they have 24 hour maintenance and courtesy cops, making me feel really safe. I also love the 3 pools and can’t wait to try the new outdoor... gym! I highly recommend this place! I love these apartments. What I love most about them is the staff. They make living here feel like a getaway. Seriously every night I feel as if I'm staying in a 5 star hotel it is that amazing. Everyone is friendly including the maintenance men and grounds keepers. I don't ever want to move from here. My 7 month old baby (who doesn't go to anyone but a handful of people) always jumps out of my arms to get to the members of the staff. Living here you're part of a huge family.

The apartments are... renovated and up-to-date on style. There are renovations going on around the complex to ensure that all the apartments are safe and wonderful to live in. Whenever there is anything wrong the office is quick to notify you and fix it. Read More
