DO NOT LIVE HERE! if you decide to live here be prepared for roaches, chipped paint all over your floor, doors that don't shut all the way, maintenance that comes in unannounced, and horrible management. If you decide to LEAVE be prepared to be constantly contacted for at least 6 months about random charges that pop up. Be prepared to have all of your money sucked from your account from a greedy owner. Living here was genuinely the worst experience ever. Also idk why designed the laundry to be... outside but also be prepared to not be able to do laundry in the winter because the pipes freeze.

I absolutely love my new apartment here at Parallax!! I knew the minute I walked into the office and took a tour of the complex and apartment, I was going to call Parallax home. The approval process was thorough yet it went quickly. Online portal for documents and payments made it even easier. All the staff here are friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to a long residency here. Plus they love pets!

I had been looking for my own place for months. I was looking for specific requirements for myself and this was the only apartment complex that had exactly what I was hoping for. I looked online first, made an appt to see the place the next day and within a weeks time I was moving in. The ladies in the Leasing office were helping with every aspect of my move in.

We didn’t have electricity in our living room in our 1 bedroom apartment for the entire 12 months we were here. Maintenance came over 10 times to try to fix it but could not. On our last month maintenance finally told us that it’s a wiring issue and that they will have to wait until we’re out because they will need to tear up the wall. We have asked for discounts since this is a violation of our lease and they would not do it. They would not offer anything except that maintenance would keep... coming. BEWARE of this place, we had to spend 12 months with no working electricity, fan, and outlets in our living room which is a major part of living in a 1 bed room apartment and quality of life. Clean, modern units. Great maintenance. I love it here. It’s easy to get anywhere from the Parallax. Close to good schools and tons of shopping.
