????DO NOT MOVE HERE. Been here since 2023’ The office staff are rude, and act like you’re an issue when you mention problems. The back gate has never worked for more than 1 month. It has been down 75% of the time I’ve lived here. The pool is constantly broken, or being repaired. My AC has gone out over 13 times. (Yes I checked my work order history) in three years they have not fixed it. They call it luxury, I’m not sure why exactly. The office will reach out to you about things you’ve already... provided them point in case , my renters insurance. Every year they ask for the updated copy. But if they actually looked into things prior they would see that I e mailed it to them weeks in advance, they’re lazy in the office. And then have the nerve to be rude to us. You may be asking why have I lived here for so long , with so many issues. well when I got into this place, I was transitioning out of the United States military and since then I was using my G.I. bill to go to college I wasn’t really in a position to move well…. I’ve graduated college this past May and let me tell you I will be out like a light from this disastrous property and it’s even more disastrous management. Instead of calling someone that can actually fix something they want to use their maintenance people to mask the issue, knowing it will reappear months later. About 3 times a year normally during W2 season we have vandals break into our mail boxes, I have brought this up to the staff numerous times. Because I (like many others) receive important Rx’s through the VA via mail. Aside from them not even making eye contact with me. They assure me they will “get to it “ I would walk up to the mail room which is on the exterior of the office, (And has no security features or functions. You can just walk right up to it with any flathead screwdriver and get to work knowing you won’t be recorded). And noticed 60-70 units boxes wide open. I brought this up to the office staff to no avail weeks went by and finally I had to reach out to the US Postal Service to get it resolved. It’s still not resolved by the way. I walk past the mailboxes every day in route to the gym on any given day there will be 7 to 9 of them wide open why they don’t have a camera pointing at the mailboxes, knowing that the same criminal is coming here multiple times a year to break in and not doing anything about it is flabbergasting. The property is very well maintained, the apartments themselves are nice, and maintenance is very responsive. I definitely recommend living here!

I wanted to provide a long-term update on my experience living here, and I can confidently say this place truly feels like home.

I originally started out in the 1-bedroom, 790 sq. ft. floor plan and absolutely loved it. The layout is incredibly spacious and made downsizing a breeze. The natural light from the huge bedroom window and two sets of patio windows is amazing. Speaking of the patio, it is massive—a rare find for most apartments—and easily fits a full furniture set, offering incredible... sunset views over the city. The kitchen also has plenty of counter space for cooking and small appliances. It’s a perfect setup for a single person or a couple.

The community itself is quiet, peaceful, and the neighbors have been great. While the back gate had a brief issue early on, management fixed it promptly, and the gated access has been reliable ever since. The leasing office—especially Timeka and Monica —has been incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions from day one. Management does a fantastic job of keeping residents informed, and maintenance has always been fast.

UPDATE: I love this community so much that I decided to stick around, renew my lease, and transfer into a larger 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom floor plan with an extended patio and a garage! The upgrade has been fantastic. The ladies in the leasing office remain incredibly sweet and helpful, and the maintenance team continues to be top-notch, often resolving work orders the exact same day. I relocated to Grand Prairie from San Antonio. Eli and his staff were very helpful, very knowledgeable. Anytime I called with question someone always answers. They made moving a good experience.

The maintenance team here are quick to respond and all very nice. The ladies and the manager are nice and helpful always offering a drink or snack as I come through the office. Definitely going to renew for another year.
