Riverhill

Lived here 3yrs and woke up yesterday to our rims and tires being stolen! We stay to ourselves, don’t mess with no one or their property and this happened to us! I don’t feel safe anymore! Riverhill Apartment management was nonchalant about it, didn’t have no empathy whatsoever. This is supposed to be to be a gated community, but gates barely work, people come in and out, and so forth!!! These apartments use to be up to part, but now they just going down hill! Can’t wait til our lease is up!

I lived here for 12 months, will not stay and will not recommend.
Not a clean place , pool close most time even in summer time , hot tub not worked the entire stay .

If you are coming here for the pool or hot tub, don’t. It is fully out of commission for years now and the advertised “hot tub” is a lie, it has not worked since they built it and they have no intention on fixing it.

Took them about 2 years to get the gate fixed, but now that the gate is fixed they charging for parking??? If I wanted to pay for parking I would have moved downtown somewhere or at least somewhere where the manger would be in office or available to contact. Seems like the two leasing agents in the front office are running everything because every time I ask for a manger he is NOWHERE to be found. They can only do so much. Either he's not in the office or taking an extended lunch that seems to... last for days. The name of the complex is River Hill but with him as the manger you can change the name to Down Hill because I can see that's where this complex is heading. I called this morning to talk about renewing my lease and guess what ? He's not in today. So Mr. Eli please whatever day you decide to come to work or actually stay at work PLEASE CALL! I was to move in today. There was blood on the walls and a window completely busted out. Was looked at Thursday and still not fixed on move in date Saturday. Was told that window will not be repaired & wall fixed and repainted til Monday-Wednesday. Won’t tell me if I’ll be compensated for this delay. Won’t get me in contact with manager. Very angry!!! Need answers and compensation or need to have my funds returned!!!
