I’m pretty picky about where I live, but AMLI Grapevine has been a solid choice. I work a lot, so coming home to a place that’s clean, quiet, and well maintained matters. My Golden Doodle has probably made more friends here than I have. We hit the dog park almost every evening, and it’s nice seeing the same neighbors out walking their dogs.

The location is hard to beat. We can walk to Main Street, grab coffee, or just wander around downtown without having to drive everywhere. Maintenance has... always been quick to take care of anything I’ve submitted, and the office team has been friendly without feeling overbearing.

Moved to Grapevine for a new job and lucked out big time with AMLI Grapevine. The place is super clean, the team actually cares, and the pool and gym are way nicer than I expected. Location is solid too. Honestly feels like I hit the jackpot with this apartment.

I’ve been living at AMLI Grapevine for a while now and have really enjoyed it. The community is quiet, well-kept, and the maintenance team is quick to respond when something needs attention. The location is a big plus; close to Main Street with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff in the office are friendly and helpful, which makes things easy. At my age, I appreciate how safe and convenient everything feels here.

Been here 5 months and love it. Katie made moving in super easy and Ariel helped me hang my TV mount. He was fast, knew what he was doing, and cool to talk to. Place is clean, quiet, neighbors are chill. I can walk to Main Street for coffee or live music, brewery next door and the lake is close too. No complaints.
