Keep Searching

First off, the security gate to the property will never be fixed. Dont believe the lie. That part to fix the broken gate, it must be coming from Mars.

Secondly, roaches will crawl through your drains in the kitchen and bathroom tub at night, during the day, and anytime of the hour. The roaches are domesticated!

The condition of the apartment is like renting at HOTEL 6. Do not let them show you a demo apartment. Tell them to show you the one you'll be living in.

They will dupe you with... advertising on online sites like apartments.com and will display units and move in costs differently than displayed.

The property is horrible and they ask you to give a good reference for a discount on your first months rent. That's why you see good reviews. This place should be called Hidden Dookie, instead of Hidden Lakes. People walk their dogs, including vicious breeds, without any leash and take a dookie around the back of the facility if you live by the pond with waterfall in the back. You are subject to step in dookie if you are walking to your vehicle at night. **** If you don't believe me, ask someone who stays there, trust me, you will regret it.

Pay the extra $200-$300 dollars and move somewhere else.

Wonderful staff at rental office

We went back today to make sure the rental office received our applications and IDs, etc. Lydia was wonderful and assured us everything was in order. Super friendly and kind! We were very comfortable working with her and it’s a beautiful facility.
