The spa-style bathrooms feature high-pressure showers, soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea station, pots, pans, utensils, knife set, cutting board, plates, bowls, cups, blender, toaster, trash bags, and dishwasher pods. In-unit laundry includes detergent pods, an iron with an ironing table, and a basket. There are no pets allowed at any time, and violations may incur a $500+ fine and/or immediate reservation cancellation. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, and smoking or tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. If a smoke detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
