We have lived in Arrive River Oals for almost a month now and we are in love, the resturants, the city, everything is so close and walkable. On top of all of this the staff here is amazing, they really go above and beyond for you.

Decent complex with good amenities. Good views and spacious layout. They have decent sized parking and there is always spots to park in. Gym is clean.
