I have been well pleased with my living experience at Avanti city space. The job that the office staff have done and the improvements that have been implemented, has truly been remarkable. Excited about what is yet to come here at Avanti city and I am on board. A community that strives together thrives together .

I have lived in a house for the past 28 years, and coming back to an apartment home was unfamiliar territory for me , I didn't know what to expect, but I can honestly say the staff and management have gone about my expectation since I have been at Avanti cityside. If anyone is currently searching for a place to call home, please don't pass up them gem here at Avanti cityside.

Been here for 4 years and just signed up for another year. Everybody here is friendly, knowledgeable and just great ppl. From the leasing office to the residents.

I've signed my 2nd lease and it keeps getting better. Management is doing a good job making updates and changes. They are keeping the property cleaner and I am happy about that. The only issue is still with people and them not cleaning up behind their dog's. They let them poop and done bother to pick it up. I think cameras in the area to catch these violators might cut down the occurrences. Overall I really enjoy living here. My Blue seems to like it too!
