Avanti Cityside is a great place to live. I like it here and my location, it's perfect for me. They have done a great job with improvements. They work hard trying to hold residents accountable for their lack of responsibility. Unless something major happens I plan to keep making Avanti Cityside my home.

I've enjoyed living at Avanti Cityside overall. The property is well-maintained, the grounds are kept clean, and the location is convenient. The amenities are nice, and maintenance requests are usually handled in a timely manner. My main concern is with the office staff. While some interactions have been helpful, there have been times when staff members came across as rude or dismissive, which can make residents feel undervalued. Improving customer service and communication would make the living... experience even better. Overall, Avanti Cityside is a good place to live, and with more consistent professionalism from the office team, it could be an excellent community.

I've resided at Avanti for 4 years now. The ataff is AMAZING!! Maintenance does not waste any time taking care of workorders and the office staff are there for any other concerns you may have. I love the location. I would definitely recommend Avanti to anyone seeking a new resident.

The management team has been consistently helpful, responsive, and professional throughout our experience. The apartment itself is impressively spacious, offering a comfortable and well-designed living environment.
