I lived at Avondale Apartments for 2 years. The units are nice but my experience with management made living here a nightmare. After Devonshire took over management, communication was consistently poor. There were multiple issues during my tenancy, including mail delivery problems, garage access issues, and a lack of communication when residents were affected. The move-out process involved unnecessary back-and-forth over minor issues and focused on fees and charges. I’ve had an amazing experience living at this community! From day one, the staff has been incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional—always going above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and taken care of.

The property itself is beautifully maintained that make everyday living comfortable and enjoyable. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently, which really shows how much they care about their residents.

Overflowing trash rooms, digital locks that have been broken for months, no responses from property managers when things are broken or issues arise. Would not recommend living here to anyone.
