Overall living here is just so so. The trains are incredibly loud. Do not believe them when they say it’s a no horn zone. Also management changed fairly quickly into our lease here we had too many issues in between both. Our apartment wasn’t even cleaned properly before move in. Other than that, the apartments are dog friendly and it’s close to a lot of things in the city. Will we renew? No. But I did love the interior of the apartment.

The amenities here were a huge pull, but the leasing staff is so friendly and very helpful. They helped me through the entire process and called back immediately when I left messages! Asia and Angel are great!! So far it seems like a really quiet community, very clean, and I have plenty of room to park. Overall it’s been a great experience and I’m happy to be here

Do not live here!! Management takes forever to fix issues, and being in between two trains is a legitimate nightmare. Spare yourself the money and AVOID.

I’ve lived here for 4 year now and I can say this place has declined a lot since grey star bought the place. Not sure what happened to Robert. He was an excellent property manager. Everything is always broken (elevator, doors, gates) nowadays. Back hallways are nasty filled with dog poop and pee. Leasing office does not send communication about anything anymore to residents. Used to love the property but not sure if I want to keep paying the amount that I do for subpar living amenities.

The office is time deaf. Security doesn’t exit. There are broken down card in the garage. The neighbors are horrible. Maintenance and security are non existent. It’s dirty.
