Chandler Park Apartment Homes

After living here for two years, I would like to share my honest experience with this complex. There are both positive and negative aspects, but unfortunately, the safety concerns are very serious.

Positive Points:

Most residents are respectful and friendly.

The outdoor areas are nice and well maintained.

Negative Points (Critical Concerns):

Lack of security and safety:My apartment was broken into by simply opening the door, which was extremely shocking and concerning. When the police... arrived, they informed me that multiple apartments in this complex had experienced similar incidents.

Insufficient camera coverage:I requested management to review the security cameras, but I was told that some cameras were not working and that many buildings are not fully covered by cameras at all. Unfortunately, the common response from the office was that they were “unable to find anything on the cameras.” After asking neighbors for access to their cameras, I was able to find suspicious footage and sent the videos to the office, asking them to track the person. However, the office replied that they were unable to search or look into it, which was very disappointing and confusing.

Vehicle damage and theft:There have also been cases of cars being damaged or stolen, with little to no effective action taken afterward.

Maintenance issues not always resolved:While the maintenance team sometimes responds quickly, not all requests are fully fixed or properly addressed.

Based on my personal experience, if safety and protecting your belongings are important to you, I would strongly recommend considering other options before choosing to live here. Read More

Sad to leave but I recently purchased a home! The location was amazing and there is a good burger joint right in front! I will miss the staff as they were always fast and friendly. Also can’t forget the pet wash station! Thank you for the past few years Chandler!

The best place to live in energy corridor , no other property has to offer what chandler park has! There doing something right!

Dirty pool filed with dead roaches floating upside down in the water, along with people’s spit… a pool that is perpetually closed for cleaning, yet ever so filthy, and stinking of stale pee; a gym that looks nice enough but is locked more times than it’s open… a tiny club house that’s only open when when the leasing office is open… piles of trash that spills out from the dumpsters to the driveway, inviting roaches, big and small crawling into and all over residents homes! Not to talk of the... disgusting stench around those parts of the apartment. Terrible customer service from mostly rude and offensively indifferent staff who make it clear that they don’t care about you or any of your problems, poor and very slow maintenance service, they tow resident’s cars randomly and won’t repay you for their own mistakes… Zero security! Cars, apartments and even the mailroom are broken into every now and then, single women perpetually in the leasing office crying as they report to stone faced “customer service” reps, about how they were harassed at night by thugs… yet their management does nothing about this! The most they will do is to tell you they have a security person who drives around the property, and how as a means to solve your problem, they will drive around some more.

I have lived there since 10/21 and it has been the worst place I have ever lived, the customer service is horrible and if you think everything is wrong you have to live there to know that a simple dryer repair has been pending for more than 1 month and they have never come to repair anything at all, stay away from this complex it does not reach the worst rating
