This is not a safe neighborhood

All recent reviews are by people touring the facility and not by actual residents. Obviously they are trying to get their reviews up for a reason.

THIS IS NOT A SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD.

In the years I lived here I experienced unprofessional management, TWO DEATHS, homeless people sleeping outside my door, domestic violence incidents from neighbors in the parking lot and pool, vehicles being broken into - TWICE in particular to us. With thousands of dollars worth of work tools stolen and property...
management saying “they have no security and that kind of stuff doesn’t happen here” and “it’s never happened before” - when that is a lie because I’ve been outside when cops and management were dealing on with another broken into work vehicle. I have email proof of everything.

The community is always dirty with trash everywhere and dog poop. The pool is always broken and unusable. The gates break constantly so you are unable to come home at the end of the day or the gates stay open for months allowing anyone in! The package lockers are also broken constantly and since they are 3rd party they take forever to be fixed so packages are stuck for weeks! Residents have to be the ones reaching out to have support sent out. YES, I have email proof of this too!! Oh, but if you leave packages at door they get stolen.

There was also mold in our air vents that they kept saying was “just mildew”!! We moved out immediately after finding mold and doctors confirming that’s why my kids kept getting sick!

There are also roaches! Their pest control is no help! They state the only spray units that request it but if neighbors don’t request it then they will not go away. I had to hire our own pest control to come out weekly. A new infestation will happen every time a resident moves in or out.

I moved out months ago and am still dealing with terrible management and miscellaneous fees.

If you decided to move in beware and make sure you have email proof of everything!!
They hate that because they will lie and switch up on what was spoken.
