Horrible application process
It's been over a week since I applied for a unit. No response to my emails, and getting anyone on the phone is near impossible. I was able to get someone once when the portal wouldn't let me apply, and then a leasing office person once, then that was it. Call till kingdom come, nobody will pick and your voicemails will not be be replied. I'm just pissed about my $250 application cost.
