I couldn't be happier with my decision to make this community my home. From the moment I applied, the leasing team made the entire application and approval process smooth, stress-free, and welcoming. They communicated with me every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made me feel valued from day one.

I work from home, so having a comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained apartment is extremely important to me. My apartment was spotless when I moved in and has exceeded my... expectations. The property is beautiful, clean, and exceptionally well-maintained, creating a peaceful environment that makes working from home enjoyable every day.

One of the things that truly sets this community apart is the sense of community it creates through its resident events and wellness programs. The wellness classes are fantastic, and the instructor is amazing. She creates such a positive and motivating atmosphere, always setting the perfect mood for each workout while encouraging everyone to challenge themselves at their own pace. The wellness center is always clean and has become one of my favorite amenities because it gives me the perfect opportunity to step away from my desk, recharge, and focus on my health.

I also love the cooking classes! They are well organized, fun, and a great way to learn new recipes while meeting neighbors. It's clear that the management team puts a lot of thought into creating activities that help residents connect and truly enjoy living here.

Living here feels like being part of a community rather than just renting an apartment. Between the exceptional leasing team, the beautiful and well-maintained property, the wellness classes, and the cooking events, this has been one of the best renting experiences I've ever had. I’ve really enjoyed living here and wanted to give a special shoutout to Marlene for making this community such a great place to call home. She goes above and beyond to create a welcoming environment. Her bounce classes are so fun and energizing, and all the events she organizes are engaging, inclusive, and bring residents together in the best way.

I recently moved to the property this year in 2026. My honest experience has been great. A big focus in my life has been health and fitness. Marlene is truly top tier! She’s a great community manager. Her energy, passion, and professionalism make every cycling class an amazing experience. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in the way she motivates and pushes everyone to be their best. Highly recommend taking her class if you get the chance!

Many amenities and great apartment events. It feels safe and the property is pretty quiet. They keep the property clean even with some careless pet owners.

My favorite thing about this community outside of the spacious units are the resident events and fitness classes offered. Marlene and team do an amazing job when it comes to planning for events, classes and workshops.
