Asked management if the building was pest free multiple times on the tour.. answered “yes, no pests of any kind” every time. Specifically asked about cockroaches because I saw other buildings in the area had them… again “no roaches”.
Apartment had German cockroaches... Came out of the laundry room the night I moved in. Sprayed multiple times over three months and they just kept popping up.
A lot of people moved out. They didn’t waive fees.

Elevators out all the time, nobody from office communicates anything, ever. Location is good and unit is quiet but there are better options in this area.

The apartments are being managed very well with a excellent staff, maintenance, and security. I feel at home here at the Gables Upper Kirby Revere.

Great neighborhood, many restaurants, bars, entertainment, close to supermarkets, pharmacy and close to the highway. Great staff and maintenance crew.

Great building with amenities. I love using the pool and the gym, it's never packed. The building is quiet and neighbors are friendly and respectful.
