The apartment is still quiet and friendly but the stairs by my apartment is very loose and do not like the feel or the look of that. It’s fine when you go upstairs but when you go down them it shakes back and forth.

The location is great, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner, and the community itself is quiet and peaceful. The biggest downside is that there have been ongoing utility issues — at least once a month, either electricity or water goes out. Aside from that, it’s been a nice place to live
