Alondra was super dope! Apartment was very clean and the amenities are nice.

The tour of the property was great. I would have given 5 stars if we could have seen our unit, but things do happen to where you cannot see a unit with your same floor plan. So, it's totally fine.

Aside from that, Sophia was very personable, accommodating, and professional. It was like a family member was going us a tour. She accommodated us by showing us a single bedroom, so we could get a sense of what a two bedroom would look like. The unit she should was very well decorated and smelled... pleasant. Absolutely do not recommend.
Living here was one of the worst experiences of my life. When I moved in, the apartment was already in horrible condition. There were roaches inside the oven, and it took weeks for it to be replaced. The refrigerator didn’t work either—its temperature gauge was broken, so I couldn’t store groceries without them spoiling. I went weeks without a working fridge and had to repeatedly ask for a replacement. When they finally replaced it, they gave me an old, beat-up unit... and told me not to bother requesting a new one, as if I was being unreasonable for expecting basic, working appliances. In reality, everything was broken and roach-infested from day one.

The roach problem never went away despite repeated complaints. Flies were everywhere. All three elevators were frequently broken, and at one point, all of them were down for several months, forcing tenants to hike up steep stairs every day. The elevators and hallways often smelled like urine and were littered with dog messes.

Management is completely unhelpful and defensive. If you bring up issues, they argue with you and claim they’re “trying”—which is a joke. Nearly every tenant I met had the same complaints.

Save yourself the stress and money. Do not lease from this place. It’s not worth it—this complex is a complete disaster. Read More

If every establishment had someone like Sophia, I believe they would grow faster. She is very sweet and professional in her job. Although I don’t think I’ll end up going for the apartment because it doesn’t have the type of update I’m looking for, touring with her was very fun.

We stopped in for a tour. Both the professionals in the office greeted us with smiles and warmth. Sophia worked with us. She was welcoming, warm and very helpful. She was very patient, taking the time to answer all our questions, giving us helpful tips and showing us the models and around the complex. Thank you, Sophia!
