Do Not Live Here

You will be without water or hot water for months or worse the sewage will back up into your kitchen sink. Marketed as a gated community but the gate is always broken and stuck open. Parking is a nightmare because they have no actual records of who has reserved spaces yet will happily tow anyone they feel like. Maintenance will arrive and look at what you need then never return and mark the ticket as complete. All of this coupled with abhorrent and incompetent management who will go out of their... way to blame the tenants. Live anywhere else.

Great Community

Great management! Very attentive to residents! Beautiful and safe environments. Units are beautiful! Just transferred to the Plan D and it is a beauty! Maintenance takes care of situations asap. Even with my unit transfer no issues with noisy neighbors! Very peaceful.
