This property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering a welcoming and comfortable environment. Every room is spotless, with attention to detail evident throughout the space. The floors, surfaces, and common areas are impeccably tidy, creating a refreshing atmosphere for guests or residents. It's clear that the property is regularly cared for, making it a pleasant place to stay or work.

I’m beyond disappointed with the conditions. The apartment has a serious roach problem that management has failed to address, despite multiple complaints from myself and other tenants. It’s disgusting to see these pests crawling around constantly, and it’s affected my quality of life.

On top of that, the overall maintenance of the building is terrible. Requests take forever to be addressed, and when they do respond, it’s a temporary fix. The lack of cleanliness and proper upkeep is unacceptable... , especially considering the rent prices.

These apartments get one star only because They will work with you, Under POOR POOR POOR CONDITIONS! These apartments are rat infested, bug infested, termite infested, drug infested. Really bad area with homeless and drug addicts who come to these apartments to buy drugs.
TENANTS HAVE BEEN ROBBED IN THESE APARTMENTS.
I am a current resident of 4 years most of the apartments are bad with roof leaks and plumbing problems. I AM CURRENTLY WITHOUT AIR IN MY APARTMENT FOR OVER 24 HRS in Houston... humidity thank goodness it hasn't been really hot, however I'M OUT OF AIR DUE TO AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE. SO there's another issue. The apartment I'm living in has been having electrical problems before I moved into it, from another unit that had problems. Remember I have been a tenant since 2019. Living under these horrible conditions. But today is they day I've made up my mind to move my children as I have been finally financially able to.
So again take real close precautions while making a decision on moving. The low rent is not worth it.
