It's a decent place for the price and location. Quiet aside from the occasional landscaping and supercars from the 610 Loop. Smoking is allowed on patios of the community. Maintenance is relatively quick to respond, although quality of work could improve. Management team changes often and throughout my stay, have not been very communicative towards complaints or requests.

Moved here between houses, due to the location, but couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and professional, and it doesn’t hurt being a stones throw from Central Market, Montrose, River Oaks and the Heights. We chose a biggish 2-bed 2-bath and for the area, the prices were right in line with expectations.
If ever we needed to rent again, this is where we’d stay!

My wife and I moved to Houston in 2013 and have lived at few apartments so far. Finally, we found one we'd like to stay in for more than our minimum lease term. It's just inside the loop, is surprisingly affordable, and has all the amenities you look for in a modern apartment. You really just have to see it to fully understand, but it has a lot of little touches that set it apart from other apartments we've lived in and looked at. The people in the office have been nice so far and everything... works well. I can't complain about anything yet.

We last lived in a remodeled older building, probably built in the 60's. This was also in the loop, just a couple miles closer to downtown. Those places look nice at first glance, and you might get some unique touches from an independent owner, but after awhile you realize what all you're missing. Moving from there to here, we've gained an outdoor storage closet, a private balcony, waterfalls and nice landscaping, a pool, gated parking, recycling, a vaulted ceiling, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a big walk-in closet, a workout room, AC that works, better insulation and more. Of course none of that might sound spectacular. But, compared with these older apartments and duplexes/fourplexes inside the loop, you get so much more. And yes, there are plenty of fully featured apartments like this all over town, but what sets it apart is the location and the price point.
