The move in experience was terrible, wish I was accommodated for the bad move in for March 5, 2026. Management was understanding but did nothing to accommodate me for the trouble they caused when the proper area was not open for new move in and wasn’t considered a priority on the first day of move in. It was very costly and their was no resolution that turned in my favor with this situation if I was accommodated in some sort then things would be better but their is nothing they have done to make... me enjoy the experience I regret spending that much money and being treated in such way on my first day.
