I have been here 11 years and I will say it's an exceptional place to live. Management and maintenance are very knowledgeable, courteous and take care of issues right away. Riveraine is always clean, landscaping is great also. Anytime you go in the office not only will you see a smile but they listen.

The apartments are well-kept, the neighbors are decent, and quite often keep to themselves. I appreciate the 24-hour security, the maintenance team usually stays on top of things. However, there is one problem, and that is the apartment staff, they are rude to the tenants and don't appear to know what they are doing, they appear to be a little bit incompetent. Maybe one or two of them seem to know what they are doing, but as a whole, I would rate them to be mediocre. I moved out as soon as my... lease was up and moved to a wonderful apartment complex, the rent is a little higher but my experience with this particular apartment makes me feel the higher rent is worth it.

Great community. Friendly staff. If you have rodent problems, forget about about it. They will literally charge you for pest control and will not do a thing about it. They will charge you a fee for pest control and have cockroaches everywhere. Maintenance? You better wait a month or two before your problem is fixed. 5/10 and that’s being generous.

Ive been living here for 2 months. Its not much but i see Everything is good, affordable price, management perfect, quiet place. Only problem for me is parking.

Been living here for a long time, it's really nice here nothing bad ever happens not that much trouble,alright security the management is ok and as for maintenance, there really good you call they'll come right away. Overall it not here
