Great Community

Really happy with this apartment community. The management team is friendly, helpful, and responsive, and they do a great job taking care of the property and residents. The property is clean, well maintained, and has been newly remodeled, which makes a big difference.

I also really appreciate the after-school program they host. It’s a great asset for families in the community and adds a lot of value beyond just having a place to live. Overall, a great property with a great management team!

Great Place to Live With Everything You Need

Skye Ridge Apartments is a really nice community with a lot to offer. The apartments are modern, comfortable, and spacious, and the property has amenities that you don’t always find at other communities in the area.

The indoor heated pool is a great feature, along with the fitness center, basketball court, and outdoor areas. I also really like that the utilities are bundled together, which makes things much easier and more predictable each month.

The location is another big advantage. It’s... very convenient to the highway, shopping, restaurants, and everything else you might need on a daily basis.

Overall, Skye Ridge is a great value and a community I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live in Houston.

A Hidden Gem in North Houston, Great Value and Amenities!

Skye Ridge Apartments really stands out from other communities in the area. The apartments are updated, clean, comfortable, and well laid out, and the property has a great selection of amenities. The indoor heated pool, fitness center, basketball court, and outdoor fire pit area are all a huge plus.

One of the best features is the all-inclusive utility package. Having utilities bundled together makes monthly expenses much simpler and gives you a much better idea of what you’ll actually be... paying each month.

The location is also extremely convenient, with easy access to both the Sam Houston Parkway and I-45, as well as plenty of shopping, restaurants, and other necessities nearby.

Overall, Skye Ridge offers a lot for the money. It feels like a community that has been thoughtfully improved and is continuing to get better. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for an apartment in North Houston!
