No Hot Water for a 6 weeks.

not the only resident that has issues with defective water heater. given the run around. the seal not good with my fridge. no hot water at all! I am beyond frustrated with this place. too much for too little

of course everyone starts off nice

There’s quite a bit of attitude amongst the office staff.
Simple questions beget really rude answers.
Work orders are hardly attended to.
Oh and electricity randomly goes off in the entire complex.
It’s newly built so you will have spiders and other critters in your unit as well.
They only have 10 visitor parking spaces spread throughout the complex and will tow you with a quickness.
