This complex is poorly maintained and managed. I am not sure the rating score on this website is accurate because I live here and know that this property is a huge disappointment. A rating of 4,5 is seriously misleading and the ratings do not reflect the living experience at this community. Calls to the courtesy officer are left unreturned. The management is rarely present as they leave the property after 4 pm, even though the office hours claim they are open until 5 pm or later. The cost of... living here is grossly inflated because of the neighborhood. I just reviewed my past maintenance requests over the last 2 years at this complex and I placed 68 requests because of the poor quality of essential appliances;HVAC; plumbing; and the list goes on. I only have good things to say about living at Gael. I was warmly welcomed by Adriana, who is very professional and attentive. The place is pleasant, quiet, and clean. No complaints!

The property is great , clean and quiet, surrounded by amenities. The neighborhood is really a special treat. The special events that the management puts on is really awesome, I have never had this at any other place I have lived.

My tour guide was really informative and helpful and the team was very quick to help me process my application and leasing documents. It was all very organized, clear, and professional.

Enjoy living here. Appreciate quiet community, grocery stores that are in close proximity,and ability to walk in neighborhood. Also, I am very close to my church.
