Poor
I am disappointed with the communication and support from the leasing office. Even when you call to resolve an urgent problem, no one answers the phone. There is a text messaging number available, but the responses are usually limited to their requirements rather than addressing residents’ concerns.
If you need to discuss any important matter, you are often required to take time off work and visit the leasing office in person, which is very inconvenient. This is not a good experience for... residents who have busy schedules.
I would advise future residents to think carefully before choosing this place. There are several ongoing issues, and I hope management will improve their customer service and communication in the future.
