Villas at Bunker Hill Apartments

Although this is decent area to stay in and the apartments are nice. But the elevators are constantly down. This time, they’ve been out of order for months. We received an email a month ago stating they would be up within 2 weeks and they’re still down. Also the lights on our court yard, are on the wrong timer. They’re on during the day and cut off at night.

Great place to live! We have been here a year now and everything is good. When there’s a maintenance problem they come in less then two days to address the concern.

My experience living in this property over the past year has been quite positive. There are far more advantages than disadvantages. I hope this continues as I enter my second year here. Aside from the noise from the pool area and the difficulty of finding a parking space in the garage, everything else has been excellent for me.
I hope the management considers a unit with a single car to some with multiples who are either permanently parked or interchange to reserve unreserved space for... themselves. Read More

People here are very kind and courteous. Management it’s very respectful and responsive. Litzy is such a great help. There is plenty of parking space specially since I come very late at night because of work.

I lived here for 3 years, left to another zip code, but once I had to move out again, I came back, Villas at bunker hill has always been such a nice and center place to live.
