Worst place ever. The leasing office does not care about their residents. You have an issue or need something to be fixed, they will never come. Our A/C hasn’t been working since over a year or two. We’ve requested multiple times for them to come fix. They will lie and say they will come but no one ever shows up. Tires have been stolen, the gate is broken, they let anyone live here. Every other day, the cops are being called here. They have cameras but it doesn’t work. It’s every other day... they’re charging you for something extra, but can’t even help their residents. And there’s never no parking spot, there are cars here not registered and just sitting there. And they want to charge you $50 a month just to claim a parking spot. Again THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT US. Also there’s a roach problem, we’ve called multiple times and even went to the leasing to complain but again they will say they’ll come fix but will never do anything. The leasing offices are not serious about coming to fix any problem at the apartment when anything is broken in the apartment they will say they will come. Nobody comes to check the problem. You have to go to them a bunch of times and call them, but they don’t. Outside the apartment smells very bad and they have cockroaches and rats inside the house. The main gate door is always open, It’s easy for someone to come and steal the cars. They are not professional.

I attempted to lease a apartment here and paid my deposit, after not having a apartment available for my move in date the office has refuse to issue a refund for my deposit. and have not provided any documentation as to why my deposit is being withheld, I have contacted management and also corporate and no one will follow up or return calls. I am a single mother of 2 and was in desperate need for immediate housing and this property took my money and took advantage of my situation during a... pandemic with no explanation as to why. The treatment of the office is incomparable with the other treatment that I have received before in the places where I have lived. The professionalism of the people who work here is without a doubt a distinctive feature of the customer service of this facility.
