Vista at Westchase

I attempted to lease a apartment here and paid my deposit, after not having a apartment available for my move in date the office has refuse to issue a refund for my deposit. and have not provided any documentation as to why my deposit is being withheld, I have contacted management and also corporate and no one will follow up or return calls. I am a single mother of 2 and was in desperate need for immediate housing and this property took my money and took advantage of my situation during a... pandemic with no explanation as to why.
