Waterside Apartments

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Waterside Apartments and feel it’s important to warn others before they make the mistake of moving here. The condition of the property is unacceptable. The grounds are poorly maintained, with broken structures, debris, and areas that look like they have been ignored for years. It’s obvious that upkeep and resident safety are not a priority.

What makes this situation even worse is the complete lack of care from the staff. Management is... unresponsive, dismissive, and unwilling to help when serious problems arise. When residents bring up concerns, they are brushed off or ignored entirely.

The most upsetting experience I had was when a fence on the property collapsed and fell directly onto my car. This happened because the fence was already in terrible condition and clearly unsafe. Despite the damage and stress this caused, the staff did absolutely nothing to help. There was no apology, no assistance, no effort to take responsibility, and no concern for the safety risk this posed. I was left to deal with the damage and the situation on my own.

Living here has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. No one should have to worry about their safety or property being damaged due to neglect, especially in a place they are paying to live. Waterside Apartments has shown a complete lack of accountability and care for its residents. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value safety, maintenance, and respectful management. The day I moved in, I had a water leak from the washer and water was from restroom all the way to kitchen. It was fixed within 2 days. I live on the backside of apartment and all a long fence you can see trash piled up, people just throw their trash over rather than taking it to trash bins. I also had a RAT (NOT a mouse) and was told exterminator would be out next week on Thursday a whole week later. (I have video proof of it crawling on the stove and jumping behind the fridge). The exterminator... set up poison and the rat must have died under the kitchen sink because there was a foul smell that I still get a weft of and its been 2 months. When I called to complain, office sent maintenance to board up all the holes but smell remained. The apartment was not properly cleaned and still has drawings and dirty marks from previous renters. Office hours are a joke, no one ever answers and they definitely don't return phone calls. I ALWAYS have to walk to office and even with normal business hours, office doors will be locked and blinds will be closed. I was in a desperate situation to move and signed a 6 month lease, I would NEVER recommend this place to no one and parking is the absolute worst! Read More

Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner and the workers are always knowledgeable and professional.

the community is very clean and i love the maintenance assistanceâ?¦ thank you for keeping our community up to par.

It was a really nice place in the beginning, but management started letting lower class people move, we had the police there many, many times, had the smell of illegal drugs constantly, had people fighting out in the street,people playing loud music,even had the mailroom burnt down
