Loving my new home!

I just moved into Zocalo and had such a smooth experience, thanks to Glenda and Erica! Glenda was awesome right from the start. Super patient with me (since it’s my first time renting) and really helpful in walking me through everything. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I understood all the details.

Then when I had a couple of follow-up questions, Erica stepped in and was just as awesome. She answered everything without skipping a beat and made sure I felt taken care of.

Honestly, I...
couldn’t have asked for a better move-in process. Both Glenda and Erica made everything super easy, and I’m loving my new place. Definitely recommend Zocalo if you’re looking for a stress-free move! Thank you Glenda for all of your help!

Not amazing, not the worst

I've lived here for about a year now. I live in a one-bed one-bath. Here is my list of pros and cons.
Pro: The rooms are huge, and the closet is also huge. I've toured a lot of apartments, and these are easily the biggest. I personally haven't had problems with maintenance, they're usually pretty fast; however, CON, I feel like I did need to put in requests pretty frequently.
I personally have never felt unsafe or have gotten broken into, as someone living by themselves, the area wasn't bad....
The people around are mainly families.
Con: No in-unit washer and dryer for my one-bedroom. That's probably why the rooms are so big, because there's no washer/dryer inside. That was never really an issue for me, until they raised the washer-dryer prices from like 1.50 to 2 something. That seemed kind of crazy to me. Also, I did have a lot of smaller pests, I was on the first floor, which makes me more susceptible to pests but it was kind of a lot for me as someone who hates bugs.
I personally have never had any bad encounters with the management either. They were pretty nice to me, never gave me any problems, and fixed whatever problems I had.
OVERALL, was it a bad place to live? No. Should you live here? Sure, if it checks all your boxes, I don't see why not. I had a pretty good experience.

Beautiful and Colorful Place!!!

I was able to view one of the apartments and I think for the price and size of the apartment I think it’s worth it. Glenda helped me choose the apartment I’m looking for and I can’t wait to move in. She was very friendly and helpful.
