Solid apartment building; quiet, safe, and clean

One thing I truly appreciated about Claridge was the sense of safety, cleanliness, and quiet. The building has a close-knit atmosphere where residents look out for one another and neighbors greet each other in passing, and they respect your space. The management and maintenance team were attentive, and communication was great. It's a low-key living experience and close to shops, parks, and within walking distance to Sam Houston State. Happily recommend it.
