They do not care. I was told I could move in at 4pm. I arrived at 4:30pm. After I signed my lease and was given a key at 5:30pm and arrived to begin moving in, the unit was still actively being cleaned and painted. I was not able to move in until 8:30pm and the unit had/has so many issues. I have spoken with every individual in the office, leasing agent, assistant manager, manager and maintenance supervisor with photos of everything, details list of issues and nothing has been done. Recurrent... plumbing issues, stained floors and countertops, water damage under sink painted over, breaker panel sticking off wall, 60% of the plugs throughout the unit DO NOT WORK, etc. They came the following day to finish half the countertops; the fumes displaced me from being able to stay in my apartment for multiple days. My bedroom door is smaller than the door frame creating a gap, security bar on patio door is just for decoration because it doesn't actual reach anything, the patio pole is rotted out at the bottom, wasp nest on my patio, urine smell in the carpet, closet doors not secured. The list goes on and on. I have spoken with the office weekly and while they put on a nice and compassionate persona in person there has been no action taken to improve anything. It is an endless circle of tomorrow, delay, delay, delay. I refuse to waste any more time and money dealing with this madness. Within 30 days of moving in I have turned in my notice to vacate, and they are jerking me around regarding compensating for my wasted time and the condition of my unit. We moved into this two-bedroom unit in the apartment complex four years ago and switched to a one-bedroom unit a year ago. We have always maintained the apartment well. When we transitioned from the two-bedroom to the one-bedroom unit, the apartment management did not charge us any fees for cleaning, repairs, or replacements.

Now that our one-year lease has ended and we are moving out, the apartment is charging us for cleaning, carpet replacement, and curtain replacement. Id give it a 0 if possoble. They destroyed my property and made me pay for it, they NEVER answer the phone, parking is a joke, good luck getting a maintenance request done in the foreseeable future, and post steals your packages and tells you to contact seller to resend...how many "lost" packages warrant an actual conversation with the carrier especually when video proof is provided? and the lies these 5 stars say about staff is completely inaccurate...we've changed office staff 5 times since... April this year. I have never hated living in a complex in my life. **Nov 22, 2021 - The nightmare continues. The parking situation is a joke. Although there are always numerous parking spots available we have to register our guest. Then the registration is broken and it will not allow you to register a guest. My guest are forced to park on the street and walk in the cold weather to my apartment. Still have leaky roof with stains on the celling. When I put in an online request the are marked completed but the work is never done.
