She has helped sellers stage and prepare their homes for their optimal selling experience. Her keen attention to detail not only aids buyers in resale purchases, but also has proven very helpful in guiding new-build clients in their selection of materials and finishes for their home. Having grown up in Central Texas, Hillary knows what makes this area so special. With so many people moving to Greater Austin, Hillary loves to use her local knowledge to guide families to the perfect area of town. Carefully taking into account their necessities and desires, Hillary has the patience and tenacity to get her clients to the closing table with a smile. After graduating from Baylor University, where Hillary met her husband Jeremy, they relocated to Asia for a number of years, ran a business in Washington DC, and finally moved back to Texas to start their family. Having relocated many times herself, she understands the trials and excitement that come with moving and aims to serve her clients with empathy and professionalism to make the transition as smooth as possible. On the home front, Hillary and Jeremy love spending time with their two adorable and spunky children and laid-back dog. When she’s not chasing children or showing homes, Hillary loves being in nature, studying trees and identifying birds, eating queso at Torchy’s, and speaking just enough Mandarin to get herself in trouble.
