The Cove Apartments

I recently had an issue with a leak I found after being on a weekend trip away. Maintenance was there on Monday and assessed the issue, provided a solution and also fixed a few other things that need to be done. Justin is AWESOME! He left a note letting me know what he was doing and an estimated time he would be able to complete the job!

Awesome staff! The girls are doing a lot to keep the place in order and I love the community events they’re putting on! Make it’s fun! The only thing that needs to be done is to add some additional equipment to the gym and replace the pool chairs.

Quiet place to live and there's a good turn around time when maintenance is needed and gets the job done ?? No major problems so far and the location is great.

Really nice apartments. Staff was very helpful. Well kept amenities. Safe and clean environment. Will recommend for anybody trying to live close to work or the beach

I love living here, the community is so lively and full of family. People aren't just housed here, they are living, and creating memories! Maintenance is timely and the office workers are kind, wanting to help.
