Nottingham Place

I lived here for one year, and my experience was mixed.

The apartments themselves are decent, but they're clearly older units that have been remodeled on a budget. They look nice at first glance, but once you've lived here for a while, it's obvious that many of the renovations were done cheaply. That said, the maintenance team deserves credit—they were always professional, responsive, and did a great job whenever I needed something repaired.

Unfortunately, the biggest issue is the front office... . Lisa, in particular, was consistently rude, unprofessional, and difficult to deal with. Every interaction felt like an inconvenience to her. She often had a bad attitude, was dismissive of tenant concerns, and even used inappropriate language when speaking with residents. Before moving in, I noticed several reviews mentioning similar experiences and assumed they were exaggerated. After living here, I can honestly say they were accurate.

For the price, these apartments simply aren't worth it. I moved in because I needed something affordable quickly, and at the time it seemed like the best option available. However, after reading through the lease and seeing the experiences of former residents, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to pay close attention to move-out policies and fees. There appears to be an expectation that the apartment be returned in near-perfect condition, and many reviews describe being charged heavily for minor issues after moving out.

The maintenance staff is the only reason I'm giving this place more than one star. If management and the front office treated residents with the same level of professionalism as the maintenance team, this property would be much better.

Nottingham recently renovated their apartments. Their staff, especially the maintence team, is great. This is a beautiful place to live at a very reasonable price.

My family moved in and we love it. The maintenance staff is great and we love the pool. I like that the complex is tucked away making it feel like a neighborhood. The rooms are big and the area is really nice.

They get ZERO stars. Signed a lease from another state and moved in August 2023 and less than a month later the roaches started. From the tubs, toilets and sinks. Management was made aware and waited an additional 2 weeks before getting a pesticide company to evaluate and spray. The roaches continued and I asked to terminate my lease due to inhumane living conditions and was told I would be charged 25% of the lease, plus had to give 2 months notice, plus lose my deposit. I will be taking them to... court because I was forced to break my lease due to the roaches and this is disgusting. The maintenance guy told me himself before roaches it was mice in the complex.
Some people broke the gate and I found my car on blocks and management didn’t provide video footage to police stating “it was tooo much to go back annd search through the footage”…$9000 later and a $500 deductible I got my car back.
Either way BE AWARE. Do NOT rent here unless you don’t mind wasting time and money and cohabiting with roaches!!! Read More

Javier is the best maintenance person I've ever met. He works extremely hard at his job. He's always there when you need him. He never complains and he always smiles and greets you like he is your best friend. You can always count on him to assist you.
Julian is the best groundskeeper ever. He always does an amazing job without complaining and always with a smile. He works very hard no matter what is asked of him. Nottingham Place appartments have the very best staff. You can count on them for... everything! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! Read More
