Sendero Ridge Apartments

Not worth the money. Terrible maintenance service. Been without a working refrigerator for over 2 weeks.

These apartment have been through several management companies. Each one worse than the other. These apartments are given to you in a filthy condition. They are built cheap and terrible construction everywhere you can see. There is no walk through by the property manager. And police are always here. You will be able to hear all your neighbors. I can hear the neighbors fight and argue all the time. My next door neighbors were definitely selling drugs. Always having people over and meeting others... in the parking lot with backpacks. While I was living in these apartments management was switched to Lincoln Property. I've had experience with them in the past as a good company, but this time was a huge disappointment. Staff here had no idea how to do anything! I have since moved out and am still waiting to get my deposit back! It is going on 8 weeks now!! Lease agreement said they would within 30 days. Their excuses have been that they were switching systems, they were not cutting checks yet, and then that they did not have a... phone number for their finance person! For how much you spend here the quality of these new built apartments is not that great. The floors in my apartment are not cut right, the vent in the bathroom doesn't actually vent, the balcony still has staples exposed and screws lodged in the boards, the stairs are missing bolts and the lights on the outside of the building rarely work. The apartment is small and the neighbors are noisy and can be heard yelling at each other at two in the morning.
