I’m very happy I moved here. Love my apartment, very nice neighbors and great managers. Lots of plants and trees. Everyone I’ve met has been friendly.

I’ve had a great experience living at Elm Creek Apartments. The grounds are well-kept, the maintenance team is quick and helpful, and the office staff is always friendly and professional. The location is convenient, and it feels like a safe, quiet place to come home to. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable apartment in Kingwood!

I love living here, great location, amenities, friendly staff and i have met new friends here. My family lived here since 2014 and moved out during covid. They told me to check this place out while I was looking for an apartment and here I am. Love the trails, parks and lakes nearby. The apartment is okay. It is clean and everything is working as it should but some upgrades would be nice. The rent is reasonable for Kingwood.
