Disappointed! I moved in from another state, Sept 21,2025. So far the living room ceiling already has 2 brown stains from leakage . The bathroom when I flush the toilet sometimes brown water comes.out and it.now has stains in the toilet bowl that won't come out even after scrubbing with bleach. This is a supposedly renovated apartment. Why haven't these issues been handled, obviously they painted over the ceiling and the water running brown in the bathtub and toilet.is gross.

Too expensive! Unfortunately, the apt buildings are old and units are small. The unit I toured smelled of cigarette smoke and not very nice. Base rent high for quality of unit plus additional fees and an HOA fee!
