Great apartments

Love the apartments been here 4 years now and haven't had any issues Mgr is wonderfully and helpful and maintenance is great love this little town

Roaches ?

The apartments are nice, unfortunatelly many of the tenants are filthy and careless, so the roach problem is a big issue here!!

Excellent Management and nice complex

The Apartment Complex has a nice pool, and a helpful property manager. I've been staying at the Complex for about 2 Years and it's in a good location within LaPorte Texas less than 15 minutes away from Sylvan Beach. I enjoyed the cover parking and I like seeing the flowers near the Leasing office. Maintenace has been very helpful with completing work orders on my unit.

Amazing Manager (FINALLY)

My husband and I have lived her for over 3 years. We are about to sign our 4th lease. The ONLY reason we are resigning this year, is because we FINALLY have a REAL Manager. Krista has been heaven sent. If she leaves, we leave!

Village By The Bay

Since the Apartments have undergone new Management about 3 months ago. Things have slowly started getting a lot better around here. They are determined to make changes for the best. There are a lot of maintenance going on right now as they are remodeling and working on fixing all the tenants apartments right now. The new Management company is great. I am love living here now. I have been here almost 4 years and the last 3 months with the new Management company I have noticed a lot of changes for... the best around here. I love the area. I am right next to everything.
