Park at Crystal Falls

Upon move-in, we were stunned to find the apartment in an unclean and unsanitary state. It took me over two hours to reach anyone in the office to report the issue, and in that time, I hired a cleaner to do what should have been done before the apartment was handed over to new tenants. The manager applied a $100 credit to my account to compensate for the cleaning (that didn't cover my expenses in having it cleaned). Upon move-out six months later, we left the apartment in immaculate condition;... however, we were charged for carpet treatments for stains that didn't exist and for high traffic areas that didn't exist. The carpet was installed just before our move-in, yet they insisted there were high traffic areas in just that short time. The office never answers the phone. When you leave a message, they do NOT call you back. I've been trying to get maintenance in here and every time I put in a request I get an immediate email telling me my request was already done. No, it wasn't already done, and you need to come fix my issues. The rent is really high, and for all that money I expect someone to answer the darned phone and SHOW UP to repair the apartment.

These apartment look decent, but they have a ton of issues. Also, we've never had ants anywhere we lived, but they are TERRIBLE here. Office staff is impossible to reach. They will only respond if you are contacting them about the payment system not working. Selective responsiveness....not what you need in a property manager.

I have been a resident at Park at Crystal Falls for almost two years! When I walk through the community I feel like I am on vacation at a luxurious resort, I have to pinch myself! My dogs love the dog parks and having the open space to play and exercise. They host awesome monthly resident events which has given me an opportunity to really get to know my neighbors, some of who have become great friends! My apartment is more than just that, it is my home!
