Misty Ridge- Specials Available

Just became a new resident of Misty Ridge. Alma helped me thru the whole process. She was super sweet and patient thru everything.

This complex was amazing, the remodeled apartments are really nice. The community is lacking a bit, as they aren't enforcing their own policies like allowing boats to be parked in the lot, etc.

They also just started allowing reserved uncovered parking, while they previously only offered reserved covered parking. This has led to no longer having any space to park for guests and having to park further from the buildings you're in.

It has become unfriendly overall.

Maintenance man come fast and fix things good . Front desk ladies are sweet . The environment is quiet but can be a little noisy late at night somedays . They also have ROACHES!

These apartments are good until you have a maintenance issue. We have had our shower break 4 times now and the maintenance team can’t seem to fix it. This is getting ridiculous! The bathroom fills with steam and the shower water is scalding hot and cannot be turned off. This is a safety hazard and the fact that Misty Ridge is not more concerned is a major red flag.

I’ve been staying in Misty Ridge Apartments for almost 2 years now and this is my first time staying on my own. They have the nicest staff and any problem you have, they’re quick to come fix it. The apartments are very nice inside and out. The people that stay here are very nice and welcoming it’s Just overall nice! Great place to make a home!
