Excellent Apartments

I have lived here for a couple of years and have been very impressed with the management and maintenance team. They are happy to help, and quick to respond to messages. The apartment is great quality, with updated appliances and great upkeep. I have had two maintenance requests during my time here and both were addressed within 48 hours of the request. Great place and I would recommend to anyone!

So welcoming

I recently moved in and I have felt so welcomed and comfortable here. The management team has been so kind. I had a little issue with the kitchen sink and the maintenance crew was so quick to fix the problem and now I have no issues. I would highly recommend living here!

Best in Lubbock

Such a wonderful place to live .
The office folks and the maintenance people are amazing . Misty and ed are very helpful and there is one more lady that works there with Misty who is amazing as well

I have put in many request to fix few items in the house and they were on it

They are prime examples of what leaders should be.

If you looking for a place to stay with amazing landlords and a wonderful staff , you must go here
