In a Nutshell

Lubbock has numerous places being built where you could stay, but you can truly live at Cooper Cove. The apartments are spacious and comfortable for a relatively good price. You will be less than 3 minutes from a large shopping center including HEB and can easily access the high way. This complex is clean, quite, and has amazing amenities! (also, maintenance is very responsive when something needs to be fixed).

Great place to live

I moved in in September of 2023. The property is well kept and looks nice. The management team is always there to help and always have a smile when you come in for whatever reason. The maintenance team works hard to take care of issues whenever they arise.

Love it here!

I've lived here almost a year and a half. I moved in to finish school and I have enjoyed it so much that I renewed after graduation. Donna, Nayeli and Maricarmen are always super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is fast and never leaves a mess. These are the only apartments I have lived in that actually hire a company to clean the mess the pigeons make. If you have ever lived anywhere with pigeons then you know why I appreciate this. One place I lived simply said there was nothing they could do... about it. It isn't uncommon to see Donna walking around the property picking up trash or watering plants at the pool. You can definitely tell the staff takes pride in the property. My friends always compliment me on my apartment. Especially the pool!

Attentive and Reliable

I lived at Cooper Cove for two years in a one bed, one bath. By far the best quality, no unexpected surprises with rent increases or bills. Rare with an apartment complex, maintenance was timely and consistent. If there was any delay of any sort the apartment would contact you day of and communicate why. The management staff is honest and attentive. Move in and move out were smooth because of this. They were always willing to answer questions honestly and timely, if you call you won't be stuck... talking to a robot, you will get to speak with management and get answers. Overall, best apartment experience I have had. I was able to recommend two friends to live here, and highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a financially feasible and safe place to live!
