All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. Early check-in can be requested a day before the arrival date and is subject to approval, with a rate of $20 per hour before check-in time. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM from Mon-Sat and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance. Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out at 11:00 AM costs $20.00, at 12:00 PM it costs $40.00, and any guest checking out beyond 12:00 PM is subjected to a penalty of $300.00 and immediate expulsion. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. You will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels. We do not provide extra towels and sheets. You are most welcome to bring your own towels and sheets if you will be needing more. An additional cleaning request during your stay would cost $150.00. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve the delivered mail. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items. There is a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. Do not alter any safety device. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. If any damage or issue arises that requires repair, we will notify you promptly. There is a $500 penalty if you’re locked out and will need us to send someone to assist you.
