Landings on 6th

First of all I am very grateful to the administrative staff. Very cordial and friendly. Any maintenance request has been resolved quickly and effectively. The area is very central with availability to almost all needs. my family has been very satisfied since we moved. The rent seems very reasonable to me.

I have enjoyed living at the Landing on sixth for two years. I love The location, the privacy, and the beautiful landscaping. The grounds are very well cared for on a daily basis. I have made good friends with my neighbors. The staff go out of the way to support the residents. They are friendly and courteous. I am excited about being here for many years to come.

The ladies in the front office are very kind. The maintenance department is quick to fulfill their work orders. We’ve never felt unsafe. The walls are very thick, therefore, it’s very rare to hear our neighbors. A great first apartment overall:)

Excellent administrative staff. Very friendly and any service that is needed, their response is almost immediate. The area is super central with many variety of businesses such as restaurants, fast food, bookstores, bakeries, various supermarkets. The area is quiet and so far the neighbors are very friendly.
