Retreat at Stonebridge Ranch Apartments

I have lived in the Stonebridge Ranch Apartments since 2009. I am 82 years old. I have had many different managements and everyone of them has been the best teams that I know of. I have lived in many communities but The Stonebridge has been the best one. The team is so friendly and eager to help their tenants with any issues. I give The Stonebridge A High 10. The entire process from my tour to signing the lease to move in was smooth and pleasant! Maryanne was very friendly and helpful. This apartment and property has everything I was looking for and I am so excited to start living here!

I’ve lived here for 4 1/2 years and I’ve never gotten any complaints until managers came in the brand new ones and now I have been getting complaints nonstop the place is trash and the maintenance people are awesome. I love them but they let people just anybody in here and they don’t keep up with the place. There’s always trash everywhere the trash people don’t pick up their stuff like they’re supposed to And it’s just if I could I would’ve never moved here in the first place. Not preferred, very bad management. So many extra charges that are not mentioned during the lease signup.

I lived here for 13months. It is actually a great apartments. I had no issue at all except that they make me pay for trash I could've taken to the garbage myself. Not judging them for that though, every apartment in Mckinney does plus trash place will probably be a mess if everyone take their trash out themselves
