I’ve been at renew Midland for about two years and it’s been great fast and friendly service. The maintenance is always on time they get to you in a timely manner so far so good.

Terrible, don’t come here.
Smells like weed everywhere l, neighbors are loud l, you see the police every other day around here due problematic neighbors
Management does not do anything about any issue. As soon as you walk into the office the assistant manager does not even let you step in and she literally quick you out as son as you open the door. She is mainly the most unprofessional person in thar office.
Terrible rating
Specially the trash bags and all the trash spread around the... property

My resident experience has been very positive. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. I feel safe and comfortable living here, and overall it has been a pleasant place to call home.

I like the place, it’s nice, comfortable and What I loved most is that it’s close to everything, Walmart, Sam’s and H-E-B.
I think the neighborhood is very quiet and family-friendly, it has a park nearby, and the people are friendly.
It’s only our third day, but I’m already loving living in this place because of all the conveniences it offers
