Wonderful community!
I've been loving the community here!! There's always something to look forward to and I love all of the things the office does for its tenants! The monthly newsletter is super helpful and well put together. In addition, this apartment is very quick when it comes to maintenance or questions.
I had an issue with my sink and it was fixed within the day of me putting the request for help in. Very clean, organized, and welcoming.

Best place to live in Nac!
I’ve lived here for 5 years, and would highly recommend the Californian to anyone looking for a quiet place with great amenities! The staff is super friendly and helpful and I’ve always received very fast maintenance assistance the few times i’ve needed it! Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay! Amazing customer service
They are so friendly here and the staff goes above and beyond when it comes to hospitality. Great facilities and even greater location, right next to SFA, a park, and the SFA gardens.

Wonderful place to live!
I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment. The unit was spotless when I moved in and everything was clean and well maintained. I recently had an issue with my fridge, and I was really impressed that maintenance came out and fixed it the same night I reported it. Communication with management has been smooth and responsive, which makes a big difference. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and hassle-free place to live.
